can someone explain to me how prerelease booster drafts work? i heard at the prerelease that it will cost $20 and you get 5 more packs, but you can only pick one card from each pack to keep and add to your deck. it sounds like a rip-off so why would people do it? or did i mishear something?

its worth it if you’re good at drafting and deck building because if you win you get more packs. i got 2 in my draft this weekend and got 4

also, at my league you usually get extra packs if you win, and I usually draft to win so it ends up being a really good deal :P

you Misheard. You get 6 packs to start with. You then make a deck using the cards, when its over, you keep the cards, and get another 2
